ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE MERGER PLAN

The Management Board of K2 Precise S.A. with its office in Warsaw, ul. Wioślarska 8, (00-411 Warszawa), incorporated in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division. Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000065596, REGON: 016617969, NIP: 5272342036, share capital in the amount of PLN 1,441,250.00, paid in full, announces, by making it available to the public, in accordance with Article 500 § 2(1) of the Commercial Companies Code, that on 13.03.2026, the Merger Plan for Altavia Kamikaze sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (KRS: 0000326038) as the absorbing company and K2 Precise S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000065596) as the merged company, the content of which is attached.
The Merger Plan is available free of charge to the public on the websites of the merging companies at kamikaze.digital and k2precise.pl.
In view of the above, the Management Board of the company hereby makes the adopted Merger Plan of the above-mentioned companies, together with its appendices, available to the public free of charge via this website, indicating at the same time that it will be available continuously on the websites indicated above, until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting and the General Meeting adopting the resolution on the merger.
